The method

Your weight lies daily.
The average tells the truth.

Water, salt, sleep and yesterday's dinner move the scale every morning. Fortis weighs the week, not the day - so you act on the trend instead of reacting to noise.

01

Log daily, judge weekly

Thirty seconds each morning. Fortis rolls your weigh-ins into a 7-day average and a clean trend line.

02

A goal that does the math

Set a target and a date - Fortis tracks your real pace against the plan and flags drift early.

03

Signal, not streaks

No vanity numbers. Just whether the work is moving the average in the right direction.

AI weekly readout

An honest read,
every Sunday.

Each week Fortis reads your logs and writes back in plain language: what went well, what to watch, and the one adjustment worth making. Anchored to your numbers - never a horoscope.

  • →What went well · what to watch · suggested adjustment
  • →Every claim tied to a real number from your week
  • →Clearly labelled AI - you stay the coach
AI weekly readoutAI readout

Strong, disciplined week. Average weight is down 0.6 kg - right in your target band - and protein hit every single day. The only real leak was Wednesday's restaurant meal at ~3,200 kcal, which stalled the scale midweek but didn't cost you the week.

Cut, maintain or bulk - Fortis suggests calorie and protein ranges from your numbers, then gets out of your way. Override anything. Build your training split day by day and track every session against it.

Train alone,
or bring a coach.

Fortis works great solo. When you want eyes on your training, connect a coach with a code - they see your trends and check-ins and leave feedback beside your AI readout. Coaches get a roster of every athlete. Disconnect anytime; your data stays yours.

  • →Connect a trainer with a one-time code
  • →They comment - they never edit your data

For coaches

Coach your athletes
on Fortis.

Share one connect code and your athletes link up. See the whole roster at a glance - last check-in, weight trend, adherence - with the ones who need attention flagged. Leave feedback right on their week.

Coach mode is early and we're building it with the trainers using it. If that's you, we want your notes.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Yes. Fortis is free while we're in beta - no card, no trial clock. We intend to keep a free tier wherever we can. If paid plans arrive later, early users hear first and are never charged by surprise.
We're building in the open. Expect rough edges, frequent changes, and the occasional missing feature. In return you get the product early and a direct line to shape it.
Your logs are yours. We treat body weight and nutrition as sensitive health data and handle it carefully - it's never sold, and a coach only sees your data if you connect them with a code. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.
No. Fortis is built for self-coached athletes first. Coach mode is entirely optional. Connect a trainer when you want feedback, disconnect when you don't.
Daily weight, calories and protein, training sessions against your own split, weekly check-ins with notes, and progress over time. Sync from your nutrition app or import history from a .csv.
No. It's model-generated commentary on your own logged numbers to help you spot patterns - not medical, dietary or clinical advice. For health decisions, talk to a professional.
Beta

Fortis is in beta and free right now while we build it in the open. Expect rough edges and frequent changes. We intend to keep a free tier wherever we can, but pricing will evolve as the product matures - early users hear first and are never charged by surprise.
